Oct. 25, 2012 - PRLog -- LAS VEGAS, NV. 10/25/2012          SIPP International Industries, Inc. (trading symbol "SIPN") has announced today that they have filed the necessary fees as well as current disclosures, and up to date business plan with the OTC Markets. The actions will move the company up a tier level and eventually move SIPP to FULLY CURRENT OTC Status.

The company has been in the reorganizational phase since falling victim to fraud committed by a supposed Investor Relations firm out of Toronto, Canada. The fraud had a crippling effect on the company and its shareholders who wittnessed their share value plummet from $2.75 per share down to the sub penny level experienced earlier in the week.

Stock annalyst Charles Derling of Cranford, Colonia, Woodbridge states, "Very rarely do you see a company hit by fraud which affects their business plan, pull out of it. You really have to give these guys credit for their diligence in protecting their shareholders. Many companies would have given up."

Chef Homer Lee Thomas, host of the instructional cooking show "So You Wanna Be A Chef???!!!," was asked earlier how they managed to remain afloat with no revenue the last three quarters said, "Our Chairman and the members of the board cutout the budgetary fat and we created a new and improved business plan. All of our employees that voluntarily remained on board are being compensated with stock and we are now in the second stage of the business plan which allows us to raise the final stage funding needed to kick off our product lines." He further states..."Alot of people were wondering why we haven't progressed this past year. If we had not been a victim we would be doing well. We dug out of it and we're moving forward."

During their success of survival, the executive branch recently hired Daniel Pusedu, a Las Vegas resident as Marketing Director of Food and Beverage which encompasses "au" Le Cadeau Natural Mountain Spring Water and the La Bonne Table brand Gourmet Dinner Entree line. In our attempts to interview Mr. Pusedu, we were informed by his secretary that he will issue an announcement of his marketing plans sometime in mid December.
SIPN closed up 260% within the last three days of trading. Sign of the future? We are targeting SIPN on our watch list.
