Daniel DiCriscio Releases New Single "Love Like Mine"

Oct. 30, 2012 - PRLog -- "The new tune is already receiving a great response from fans", says a rep from DiCriscio's label, who first posted the audio single on Youtube as a sneak peek.

The uptempo Dance/Pop song, which was written, arranged, and produced by DiCriscio, also features DiCriscio playing piano while expressing a message in his lyrics about love and relationships for today's generation who seem to be obsessed with NSA (No Strings Attached) hooking up over the internet.  "A verse from the song pretty much nails it", says DiCriscio;  "You can go around the world, in search of a love like mine, have hundreds, thousands of lovers, not one will you find a love like mine...In time you'll see, there's no one that will love you quite like me".  

DiCriscio explains further;  "Online dating may be fun and a thrill, but at the end of the day, good old fashioned love wins hands down and seems to be what's lacking in the online dating world. Funny how the word 'Love' has somewhat become a four letter word these days, much like the 'F' word".

The cover art and photography for the new single was shot by Dusti Cunningham, who gave it a light, angelic, ethereal, and romantic feel, which compliments DiCriscio's music.  DiCriscio collaborated on the cover shoot with Cunningham, who also recently shot DiCriscio in the buff on a bear sking rug, to replicate Burt Reynold's famous 1972 Cosmopolitan Centerfold.

The American born, Singer, Songwriter, Musician, and Producer, has already garnered much attention from his debut album, Sin, was sold and distributed through Tower Records Internationally, and featured a hit dance single and video, "Take Me To The Other Side", remixed by the producing team of Safehands for the legendary PWL hit factory in London who produced a slew of hits for such artists as; Kylie Minogue, Bananarama, and Dead or Alive to name a few.

"Take Me to the Other Side" moved it's way up the dance and club charts, and DiCriscio promoted the album by touring the club circuit internationally where he was personally asked to be the opening act for the legendary Grace Jones for a concert held at Paramount Studios, Hollywood. The single was reviewed in Billboard Magazine and DiCriscio even made an appearance at the Billboard Music Awards in the front row, seated in front of the group Ace of Base, and landed a coveted spot as a celebrtity guest on the "Rick Dees in the Morning" syndicated radio show on L.A.'s, KIIS FM.

DiCriscio's follow-up single, "Only Time Will Tell", produced a video from footage shot at a live concert in Anaheim, California last year, where DiCriscio was the grand finale musical act of the evening.  The performance and video featured cast member's from the hit Bravo TV show, the "Real Housewives of Orange County" as DiCriscio's back-up dancers, including series star Lynne Curtin.

Along with being an accomplished Recording Artist, DiCriscio is also a credible TV Personality who has appeared in over 35 network shows and specials internationally, such as; "Home James", "Da Ali G Show" with Sacha Baron Cohen's alter ego Bruno, "The Gossip Queens", the three time Emmy award-winning "Cristina's Court", as well DiCriscio's own highly anticipated reality show "The Messiah of Makeover".

DiCriscio has also found success as a top Celebrity Hairstylist and Image Consultant, being sought out by various media outlets as well as maintaining a bevy of celebrity clientele, which have included; Pamela Anderson, Stevie Nicks, Paula Jones, Marilyn Manson, Kato Kaelin, Faye Resnick, and the late Anna Nicole Smith just to name a few.

DiCriscio has also become known for his annual celebrity packed birthday parties held at the trendiest hotspots in Hollywood. Past hosts have included Reality TV stars; Tila Tequila, Jeana Keough (Real Housewive of Orange County), and Lisa Vanderpump (Real Housewives of Beverly Hills), who co-hosted his birthday party this past January at Sur Lounge along with nightclub impresario, Jeffrey Sanker.
