The Pittsboro Roadhouse Teams Up with Raleigh Event DJ to Host Wednesday Night Open Mic and Karaoke

Nov. 5, 2012 - PRLog -- Pittsboro, NC - Starting Wednesday November 7th at 6:30 pm, Raleigh Event DJ Bradley Junell will be the host for new Wednesday night performance events at Pittsboro's newest restaurant and music venue, The Pittsboro Roadhouse & General Store.

Wednesday Night Events at 39 West Street in downtown Pittsboro:

November 7 - Karaoke     6:30 - 8:30
November 14 - Open Mic  6:30 - 8:30
November 21 - Karaoke   6:30 - 8:30
November 28 - Open Mic  6:30 - 8:30

Junell of Raleigh Event DJ is a prominent DJ and event host in the Triangle for parties and weddings, and has teamed up with national entertainment powerhouse DigiTrax Entertainment to add Karaoke to his line-up of service offerings.

1st and 3rd Wednesday Karaoke Nights will have access to over 8,000 popular songs from the industry's best Karaoke recording studios with word projected on a large screen and quality mics on the Pittsboro Roadhouse stage.

2nd and 4th Wednesday Open Mic Nights will have the capability for bands to perform as well as individual singers, writers, spoken word artists or even dancers. (Performers with instruments are encouraged to email the host. See below.)

For Open Mic Nights, performers can be: Singers, Musicians, Comedians, Poets, Magicians, Writers, Jugglers, Dancers, Spoken Word Artists.

The Pittsboro Roadhouse & General Store opened on August 17, 2012 to provide the community with a beautiful dining and entertainment space, quality food and excellent service in the wake of the closing of the General Store Cafe in January 2012. Owner Chef Greg Lewis, with family members, renovated the inside and outside of the building at 39 West Street, and continued the tradition of a restaurant with a general store, and live music on the performance stage.
