O'Mahoney is an entrepreneur based in Ireland with extensive international experience in the high technology sector and holds a number of non-executive positions with other fast-growing technology companies in Ireland. Most recently, he was the chief executive officer of Firecomms, a global leader in the provision of fiber optic solutions and optical transceivers, leading it to become Ireland’s first high-tech company to be acquired by a Chinese corporation.
