Graduation Fashion The first edition of "GRATUATION FASHION"

Nov. 15, 2012 - PRLog -- This event has been organized by Piattaforma Sistema Formativo Moda (PSFM). The “Piattaforma” was founded in 2008 in Milan thanks to the union of the most important Italian institutes and universities that provide training. It is also sponsored by various organizations and associations of the Fashion Industry. PSFM wants to promote and improve the young talents, offering a training supply and helping to enter in the world of work.

Roberto Portinari, the president of the “Piattaforma”, told about this event: "The aim is to concentrate presentation and promotion of the fashion Italian schools in a single annual event, showing the projects carefully selected among the graduated young talents.”

GRADUATIONFASHION opened its first edition with an exhibition, panel discussions, seminars and workshops a few days before the start of "Milan Fashion Week".
The new upcoming fashion designers had the opportunity to exhibit the latest news in fashion, in accessories and hairstyles, in a prestigious showcase able to attract the best Italian fashion bloggers community. In this first edition, the big news was the location. Many mannequins dressed in the garments, creating an impressive backdrop to the event.

This time the happening turned into a funny opportunity for many bloggers invited since they personally worn garments made by graduates (they particularly liked the outfits tailored by the students of the Istituto di Moda Burgo - www.imb.it).  The talented Makeup Artists of the "Academia Beauty Style Image" in Milan also make up the bloggers who finally took pictures.  It was a moment of aggregation between bloggers, upcoming designers, makeup artists and photographers, made even more important by the bond that links them to the world of FASHION.
