Cresa helps growing biotech company relocate in Madison

Dec. 5, 2012 - PRLog -- Cresa Madison represented Aquamost in a relocation from their current premises at 100 South Baldwin Street to 103 East Badger Road in Madison. Aquamost will occupy of their new space on January 1, 2013.

AquaMost is a growth stage company, founded with licensed patents from The Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (WARF) to commercialize a unique water purification technology called photo-electrocatalytic oxidation (PECO). Aquamost has outgrown their current 5,300 square foot space. Their new location will consist of approximately 8,000 square feet.

Cresa Madison was engaged by Aquamost to find a location that could serve as the company’s global headquarters, enable Aquamost to increase the capacity of their research and development departments and hire more employees.
