Follow on Google News | Craig and Derricott make switch to Dynamics NAV from Azzure ITSwitchgear manufacturers, Craig and Derricott, choose Azzure IT to implement MS Dynamics NAV to improve efficiency and promote growth.
By: RONIN Marketing Originally founded in 1944, Craig & Derricott is implementing a long term programme of investment in core areas of their business including manufacturing, sales and personnel. The most recent development has seen the company upgrade its ageing ERP solution to MS Dynamics NAV, to improve efficiency and promote growth. Andrew Dolman, Craig & Derricott’s Managing Director, says the decision to upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics NAV was an easy one. “Performance issues combined with a lack of local support was becoming a real problem. At the same time new standalone CRM and finance systems were proving difficult, costly and impractical, resulting in data duplication and a heavy reliance on data rekeying.” To generate revenue growth, the onus on Craig & Derricott is to have a solution that allows operations to be streamlined. Dynamic NAV’s superior stock control and straightforward data management will not only make the company’s e-commerce system easier to run, but will also allow customers to see more information when making online purchases. Craig & Derricott will also benefit from the user-friendly financial, warehouse, production and manufacturing management applications, which allow greater integration, making business operations smoother. Dolman says that following a rigorous vendor selection process, Azzure IT was chosen because of its customer focus, “Getting the right business fit in terms of choice of partner was key. Azzure IT amply demonstrated their understanding of our business requirements along with an in-depth knowledge of the Dynamics NAV product. We particularly liked their personable approach and their willingness to go the extra mile.” End
