Knuckle Dragger Magazine Sponsors Pittsburgh MMA Fight

Dec. 13, 2012 - PRLog -- Knuckle Dragger Magazine announced earlier this week that they will become the exclusive media sponsor for Pinnacle Fighting Championship’s Pittsburgh Challenge Series1 (PCS1).

PSC1 will feature a variety of mixed martial art matches, including Mark Cherico, the areas undefeated top MMA fighter.

Knuckle Dragger Magazine is Pittsburgh’s fastest growing men’s magazine, with a 25,000 readership for their digital magazine and a 10,000 print magazine subscription base.

“We’re very excited to be a part of something that brings some notoriety to the Pittsburgh area, as well as local fighters, said Rodney Burrell, CEO and Editor-in-Chief of Knuckle Dragger  Magazine.”

The magazine will provide a variety of services for the event and they encourage people to stop by their booth during fight day. “The only reason we’ve grown so fast is our readers. We want to interact and show them our gratitude, added Burrell.”

Knuckle Dragger will give away various items including t-shirts, subscriptions, and other surprise items.

Scott Betten, Publisher and COO of Knuckle Dragger Magazine stressed the importance of supporting local businesses and events.

“Since we have such a dynamic media tool that’s so different from the traditional outlets, it’s very important for us to support and grow with our business partners.”

Although Knuckle Dragger Magazine produces content nationally, they are published in Pittsburgh and have a heavy presence in the area.

“We’re local guys and love the city of Pittsburgh. No matter how much Knuckle Dragger grows, our roots and overall theme will always be Pittsburgh, added Betten”.

The Pittsburgh Challenge will take place at the Icoplex in Southpointe on December 29th, from 6pm.
