Veritas Inc. Gets Into the Holiday Season

Jan. 1, 2013 - PRLog -- Veritas Inc., an Atlanta based business, is announcing their annual holiday party.  The event is taking place this Sunday, December 22nd, and looks to be a ton of fun.

The theme this year is "ugly Christmas sweaters" and everyone on the Veritas Inc. team is encouraged to find the strangest and most interesting holiday-themed sweaters that they can find to bring to the party.  Food and drinks will be provided in abundance.

But this party is more than just a celebration of the season, it is also a chance for Veritas Inc. to recognize their top performers and to celebrate the success of the entire office. The party also includes a kind of holiday bonus grab bag, where higher performers have a better chance of getting awesome holiday bonus prizes, such as a mini iPad, Falcons' tickets, or a manicure/pedicure gift certificate.

The game works like this: throughout the holiday season leading up to the party Veritas Inc. team members have been encouraged to perform to the very best of their ability.  They are awarded points based on how well they perform, and those points are used to determine their spot in the grab bag game.  Team members with less points go first in choosing prizes from the pile.  However, their prizes aren't theirs to keep, as team members who come up after them have the choice to either choose a prize from the pile or steal from one of their co-workers.

As the weekend looms, the team at Veritas Inc. is working extra hard in order to compete at the party. A race track in the office tracks their progress, but only Sunday will tell just which of them is destined for the grand prize and who will be stuck with the white elephant.
