By: Let Water Be Water Participants of Teen Diaries' Pretty Girls Sweat yoga event will enjoy a healthy hydration workshop presented by WAT-AAH!, a self-esteem workshop from Clinical Therapist Nicole Roberson, an intro to yoga lecture and full yoga class from Leslie Fajfar and a healthy lunch, complete with a workshop on how to create nutritious blended juices at home. Additionally, Estelle will be on hand to speak with participants about the importance of fitness and will partake in the yoga class alongside the young women.
