SOLO Swiss conveyor belt furnace for Spinodal alloys treatment

Jan. 11, 2013 - PRLog -- This furnace dedicated to the alloys treatment by rolling and annealing is equipped with modular elements, such as an entry chassis, a heated part, a cooling part with exit chimney, an exit chassis, a driving system of the conveyor belt, a corrugated conveyor belt, a distribution for treatment gas and gas cabinet, two ammonia generators and a control cabinet with management system Axron Swiss Technology www.axron.com.

This conveyor belt furnace works with a maximum temperature of 1150°C on a 200 mm width effective zone, 50 mm effective height and 1600 mm effective length with a heating power of 25 kW.
