The Westin Bund Center Shanghai Receives HACCP Certification

Years of culinary excellence now officially certified

Shanghai, China – January 14, 2013 –  The Westin Bund Center Shanghai today announced receiving HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) certification. The certification involves a full food safety audit assessing all documentation and on-site food safety standards, and the hotel receives the certification only when it is in full compliance with the international CODEX principles of HACCP.

The HACCP certification at The Westin Bund Center Shanghai was conducted by The Environmental Health Consultancy (EHC), a private and independently owned food safety consultancy that has been in operation for the past 13 years based in Australia.
