I think that if everyone takes steps to becoming greener that we can drastically change the earth for the better. So many ways to prevent pollution, global warming and waste by changing the way we live. Polar bears are just one of many being affected by the earth transitioning and they aren’t prepared nor ready for the changes that are coming. Statistics show that 2/3 of the polar bears will disappear by 2050, who knows if sooner or later! But regardless of when and how, the time is now to start the change. Polar bear population is decreasing, some starve or even drown. Sea ice platforms are moving far apart and swimming conditions are more dangerous causing a big problem for the bears. Polar bears use the sea ice to catch their prey, with the ice melting it causes the bears to have a more difficult time finding food. Some will even eat polar bear cubs, their own if hungry enough.
