Punta Gorda, FL, February 11, 2013-  Arcadia Aerospace Industries (AAI) has announced the hiring of Mr. Byron Vines (ASNT L3 in UT, PT, MT, RT, ET) as its Director of Nondestructive Inspection (NDI) Operations.
