Feb. 14, 2013 - PRLog -- Fort Myers, Fla.  (February 12, 2013) – Jeremy Kral and Ryan Waddell represented the landlord in the lease of 1,090 square feet of retail space to Great Clips, Inc. at Lithia Crossing, 3422 Lithia Pinecrest Road in Valrico, Florida.

Kral also represented the tenant, TG Restaurants, LLC (Jersey Mike’s), in the lease of 1,500 square feet of retail space at 7066 US Highway 19 in Pinellas Park, Florida.
