Feb. 21, 2013 - PRLog -- Our Client Mr. Saurabh Jambure & Mr. Jiten Nagar is the proprietor and applicant for the patent application in respect of ‘SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR DISPLAYING OR TRANSFERRING DATA’, in India under patent application no 477/MUM/2013, filed on February 18, 2013.

Please note that any patent filed after our priority date covering the same or substantially similar invention, shall not have the priority on this invention and consequently shall not have any legal standing, under the provisions of Patents Act, 1970 of India.

The patent application discloses portable system and methods for displaying or transferring data, wherein the system comprises, a) at least one connecting unit; b) at least one selection unit; c) at least one transferring unit; and d) at least one display unit;  wherein said at least one connecting unit is capable of connecting to at least one data storage device; and wherein when only one data storage device is connected to said at least one connecting unit, then said at least one display unit is capable of displaying data and data related details stored in said at least one data storage device, and said at least one selection unit is capable of selecting the data or part of the data stored in said at least one data storage device; and  wherein when at least two data storage devices are connected to said at least one connecting unit, then said at least one display unit is capable of displaying data and data related details stored in at least one of the said at least two data storage devices, and said at least one selecting unit is capable of selecting the data or part of the data stored in at least one of the said at least two data storage devices and said at least one transferring unit is capable of transferring the data or part of the data from at least one of said at least two data storage devices to at least one another data storage device of at least data storage device.

We hereby notify publicly and to whomsoever it may concern that in respect of the said application and the invention covered in the application, that any attempt whether successful or unsuccessful to copy, reproduce, use, recreate, import or practice the patent pending invention or any invention substantially similar to the patent pending invention, may be in contravention of law of India, and shall attract suitable legal action on Civil as well as criminal grounds, including claims of compensation and injunctions.

End users are informed herein and notified that they must buy, subscribe or use any product or process related to the said invention, only with proper authorization from the clients.
