By: 399th Danbury Composite Squadron, Civil Air Patrol Cadet John Paul Baughman earned the General “Hap” Arnold Achievement Ribbon. This achievement focuses on U.S. Airpower Development. Cadet Baughman was promoted to Cadet Airman First Class. Cadet Benjamin Egbert obtained the Feik Achievement which commemorates the leadership and pioneering contributions Mary Feik made to the world of aviation. Cadet Egbert was promoted to Cadet Senior Airman. Cadet Joseph Waldron earned the General “Hap” Arnold Achievement and was promoted to Cadet Airman First Class. Cadet Noah Stillman received the Recruiter Ribbon. The Recruiter Ribbon is given to cadets who recruit two or more people into Civil Air Patrol. The mission of the Civil Air Patrol Cadet Program is to transform the youth of our nation into dynamic Americans and aerospace leaders through a curriculum of leadership, aerospace, fitness and character while concurrently providing service to the local community.
