Four Entrepreneurs Form Partnership to Launch Cupcake Soap Co

Feb. 21, 2013 - PRLog -- CHERTSEY, England: Four entrepreneurs have formed an equal partnership to develop a new gift range of handmade soaps shaped as cupcakes under the brand “Cupcake Soap Co”.

The four entrepreneurs met during a Christmas Craft Fair and immediately saw the potential behind fun soaps shaped as cupcakes.

The four partners are Pavitri Wypior and Eugene Wypior from Natural Soaps, Valentina Escobar Santos from Val Inspirations and Tagore Ramoutar from Longshot Ventures Ltd.

The agreement was signed on Valentine’s Day after 6 weeks of preliminary discussions and exploration of the idea.

The soaps are handmade in the UK, at the headquarters of natural soaps, by the artisan cold press process. A preliminary website has been put up giving the background to the brand, but more details will be available shortly. Currently the team are working to perfect the recipes for a public launch later in the year.

The Cupcake Soap Co name and logo are in the process of being trademarked. The trademarks and domains are owned by the partnership.

THE CONCEPT

“Soap: A substance used with water for washing  and cleaning, made of a compound of natural oils or fats with sodium hydroxide or another strong alkali, and typically perfumed.” Oxford English dictionary

The Cupcake Soap Co seeks to combine these two wonderful concepts into one happy experience. We hand make soap in the shape of wonderful cupcakes to make you smile!
