New homes in Arnold have family appeal

Feb. 22, 2013 - PRLog -- Louise and Karl Martyn were looking for a detached home and wanted to stay in Arnold. They knew of Davidsons ‘Heron’s Place’ development on Ashington Drive and liked the homes there. They bought and then Louise’s Mum and Dad came to visit and bought there too.

After visiting the development a number of times, Louise and Karl decided to buy the home next to the one they had first looked at. “It had the ‘wow’ factor, it was definitely for us” said Louise “We have a big family kitchen and a really big lounge. When friends visit they can’t believe how big it all is inside.  We liked the style of the homes and the position from the first time we drove up. They looked great. We didn’t look at any other developments, we were just so impressed”.

Louise continued “The sales manager, Louise, was really helpful throughout the whole process. She was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone on the Davidsons team has been great.”

“When Mum and Dad came to visit us in our new home they said they thought they would be really happy living here. So they decided to move. They sold their house and bought a new home here – and are living right behind us. We’ve always been a close family but now we are really close. The other nice thing is that we are all now living just a couple of roads away from where we grew up. We’ve gone full circle.“
