EduStic’s Guess What! Game Wins Prestigious Major Fun Award

Feb. 28, 2013 - PRLog -- SAN DIEGO -- Guess What!, a newly released game from EduStic, has won a prestigious Major Fun Award.  The Major Fun Award, created by game designer, author, and deep fun theorist Bernie DeKoven, is bestowed upon products that are “fun enough to play over and over again, suitable for a wide audience, make people laugh, and deep enough to withstand a lot of changes.”  The Major Fun Award is given to products after numerous of DeKoven’s “Game Tastings.”  There, a wide variety of adults, teens and kids engage in informal play with submitted products.

Guess What! is like charades, Pictionary, and your high school geometry class all combined in one hilarious package.  It is based on EduStic’s unique cling material, which sticks to glossy surfaces such as windows, mirrors, refrigerators, and dry erase boards.  In the game, one player rolls a die, draws a card with six object words, and races to build an object out of common geometrical shapes.  Other players try to guess what is being built in two minutes or less.  No other clues are given.  Silliness often ensues as imagination and speculation collide.
