With instructional group classes taught by certified U.S. Figure Skating instructors and additional practice times on public sessions, skaters can earn their Basic 1 or Sam 1 badge. “We’re excited to teach beginners to ice skate at Polar Ice House Grapevine during spring break this year,” said Kathi Singleton, Polar Ice House Grapevine’s General Manager. “The break is a great time for kids to stay active, spend time with friends and learn a new sport.” Off the ice, campers will work through a U.S. Figure Skating workbook, play games, watch movies and craft.
