LIVONIA, Mich. - March 13, 2013 - PRLog -- Detroit, MI – Free to the public, the pampering begins instantly when the staff of “This Is It” escorts ladies to their massage chairs for a relaxing escape from the day’s stress.

Then it’s off to the cosmetology department for a manicure and pedicure checkup.  Hair styling and eyebrows follow; and, then it’s off to makeup.  By this time, ladies will know how the stars in Hollywood are treated on their way to glamour city.

Not to be outdone by the Hollywood “Red Carpets,” everyone will receive free gift bags and a chance to win a gorgeous raffle prize.

The pampering continues enjoying the beverages and the rest of the fun with a DJ and Zumba dancing instructors.  Meet Mr. Chase, MIX 92.3 midday personality.  

Guests are encouraged to donate to Jackets for Jobs by bringing in current style spring fashion clothing suitable for the work place.  Clothes must be in good condition, clean and on hangers.  Guests may also donate:  umbrellas, hosiery, tote bags, unopened cosmetics or hand lotion.

Medical staff from the St. John Providence Health System will be available for medical screening and discussion on health issues.

The event is free and no donation is required to attend.  You must be at least 21 years of age to attend.  So, mark the calendar and join us for a night of fun!

Every guest can donate to Jackets for Jobs by bringing spring clothing suitable for the workplace. Umbrellas, hosiery, tote bags, hand lotion and unopened cosmetics will also be accepted.
