Twigs Restaurant Annonces Opening Date At Bridgeport Village

PORTLAND, Ore. - March 20, 2013 - PRLog -- Bridgeport Village, Portland’s premier shopping and dining destination, announced today that Spokane, WA based Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar will open in the former Macaroni Grill space.  Anticipated opening is April 1, 2013.

Construction workers are currently finishing the space and have already installed the new signage, giving the existing façade a nice upgrade.  

Twig’s is known for their signature martinis - offering over 36 on their menu.  They also offer martini classes teaching guests how to build the perfect martini.  Also well-known is their popular daily 3-6pm happy hour menu. The ambiance is sophisticated, yet casual.  Guests will enjoy the heated and covered outdoor dining space.  

Twigs’ Bridgeport Village location will be the 8th location for the up and coming chain based out of Spokane, Washington.  There are currently five Twigs locations in Spokane, one in Kennewick and one near Yakima, Washington.  The company opened its first location in 2001.
