A-1 Self Storage Donates Money to Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego, CA.

SAN DIEGO - March 22, 2013 - PRLog -- San Diego, CA  – A-1 Self Storage, the premier provider of self storage in California, announced today their gift to Rady Children’s Hospital by providing the funds necessary to purchase a Glidescope for the NICU, ergonomic chairs for ICU Nurses Stations and funds supporting the Pastoral Care and the Orthopedic Department’s surgical needs. Rady Children’s Hospital provides specialized care for children in the San Diego city and surrounding counties. Ranked among the top 10 pediatric hospitals in the USA, Rady Children’s provides kid centered, life changing care. Discovering that the NICU was without a Glidescope, an instrument that provides assistance with difficult airways made such support an easy choice. Additionally, providing comfortable, safe and healthy chairs to PICU nurses who work more than 12 hours on their feet was again an easy choice. Lastly, providing support to both the Pastoral and Orthopedic Departments will make a positive impact on the many patients they care for.
