Volkswagen Jordan sponsored Amman National School’s Charity Fashion Show

March 27, 2013 - PRLog -- As part of its direction and interest to support local charity events, Volkswagen Jordan sponsored the Amman National School’s “Panoramic Journey” charity fashion show that was organized by high school students. The show that was held on Friday March 8th, 2013, in Amman National School, accompanied the audience in a journey to the cultures of the past where gods ruled and men were worriers and women princesses. The presented clothes were designed and implemented by Amman National School’s secondary students.

All the proceeds of the show will be donated to the SOS children’s villages Jordan.

Volkswagen Jordan displayed the all new Polo Sedan 2013 which is powered by a 1.6-litre four cylinder engine mated to a six-speed automotive transmission. The front fascia of the Polo Sedan has the distinct look of all new Volkswagen models. Parents and students had the chance to know more details about the Polo where Volkswagen representatives were able to explain and interact with attendees.  

On this occasion, Mr. James Oliver, Volkswagen Jordan Dealer Principal, said: “Our sponsorship of this year is driven by our commitment towards supporting charities that help underprivileged people all around Jordan. Our participation gave us the opportunity to interact with all attendees at the event.
