Accident Attorney Bernard Walsh Comments On Fatal 95-Car Wreck

Just as in the 50 car pile up in Sarasota last year, the drivers were exposed to driving conditions that changed from high visibility to  very low visibility in a short period.” Said Walsh.

He continued with,”The real tragedy with this particular accident is that, unlike the Sarasota crash, drivers in Virginia had advanced warning and failed to slow down. By simply giving more space between vehicles and slowing speeds down lives could have been saved and injuries prevented. The damage has only begun for those affected, as police will investigate and surly find a few drivers were negligent in their choice to drive too fast. ”
