J Beverly Hills of Wisconsin Partners with Salons to Make a Difference in Their Local Community

OSHKOSH, Wis. - April 10, 2013 - PRLog -- J Beverly Hills of WI, IL, an exclusive beauty supply distributor of J Beverly Hills products, has partnered with a few salons in Oshkosh  & Winneconne to support the Oshkosh Area Humane Society.  We have been inspired to support this life saving shelter because they work so hard to find homes for these helpless animals, they do not turn any animals away, and are not funded by the city of Oshkosh.  The OAHS houses 2500 animals per year.  In 2012, they found loving homes for 1,341 pets.  While the national average for live release rate is 36%, the OAHS can proudly say they have an 83.3% live release rate.  Any animal kept by man must at least be protected from unnecessary suffering.  The OAHS runs this life saving shelter by these 5 freedom rules:

· Freedom from hunger & thirst

· Freedom from discomfort

· Freedom from pain, injury, or disease

· Freedom to express normal behavior by providing sufficient space

· Freedom from fear & distress
