Lee & Associates Oakland Appoints Michael Schofield to Principal

TORRANCE, Calif. - April 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has appointed Michael Schofield to principal in the Oakland office.  

         “Michael’s focus and dedication to his business and clientele make him a valued asset to our office,” said Craig Hagglund, managing principal of the Oakland office.  Schofield started with Lee & Associates in 2007 and currently specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial product along the 880 corridor. His expertise includes exclusive seller/landlord representation, as well as assisting buyers/tenants in their search for suitable industrial and R&D/flex properties in the greater East Bay Area. Since January 2012, Schofield has completed more than 80 leases and sales transactions. His clients include PS Business Parks, IndCor Properties and Tony’s Fine Foods.

         Schofield holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of California, Davis.
