S. M. Wilson Changes Denvers' Cambridge Roofing Systems To Cambridge Wilson & Co.

DENVER - April 22, 2013 - PRLog -- Denver, CO., S. M. Wilson & Co. has changed the name of its wholly owned subsidiary Cambridge Roofing Systems to Cambridge Wilson & Co. (CWC) and put a new management team in place to more closely align the two companies’ shared culture and resources.  CWC has an office in Littleton, CO and specializes in storm-related residential and commercial roofing repairs, as well as military roofing projects across the country.

Paul Piazza was named Vice President in charge of CWC and Todd Overton was named Director of Marketing.  Andy Coria leads the Littleton, CO office.

S. M. Wilson acquired the assets of Cambridge Quality Construction, a roofing contractor headquartered in St. Louis with an office in Denver, in June. The company reported annual revenues of $14 million in 2012.
