Durbin Crossing Hosts Spring Sales Event for Realtors®

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - April 30, 2013 - PRLog -- Close to 220 Realtors attended the 4th annual Spring Sales Event at Durbin Crossing.  The event has become one of the most anticipated Realtor events of the spring, with a unique networking opportunity for builders, site agents and Realtors.  The event features the Durbin Crossing Builder Expo, a catered spread and the giveaway of 15 sets of Benefactor TPC tickets, all set up poolside at the South Amenity Center.  The public has also had the chance to register at the builders models for TPC tickets.

Eight of the preferred builders in Durbin Crossing set up booths to be able to meet and greet the Realtors and provide them with current information on their companies, available inventory homes and special offerings.  “It really is such an amazing opportunity to meet all eight builders at one time and keep up with all the exciting news in Durbin Crossing.  I’ve sold quite a few homes in here and always feel confident in bringing buyers here,” said Barry Muffley with Florida Homes Realty and Mortgage.

The Realtors were pleased to meet Durbin Crossing’s newest builder, Riverside Homes, who just opened their brand new model, The Wheaton.  Owners Matt Roberts and Chris Wood were on hand to meet people and answer questions.  Their new model is a spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bath home with options for up to 3,440 square feet.  “We are extremely excited about building in Durbin Crossing and being part of this truly beautiful community,” said Chris Wood.

The community also shared exciting news with everyone in attendance of the new K-8 school, which is now under construction and scheduled to open for the 2014 school year.  Durbin Crossing also has two new phases under construction including sixty-seven 53-foot lots, four 63-foot lots and seventy-one 83-foot lots.
