Cyber Times Organized ‘CTICon-2013’ International Conference at IIT-Delhi

JANAKPURI, India - May 2, 2013 - PRLog -- To provide the cognizance in the developing fields of Technology & Management, Cyber Times International Journal of Technology & Management has organized CTICon-2013, an International Conference on “Diversifying Trends in Technology & Management” on Dated: 6th-7th April 2013, at ‘Indian Institute of Technology’ New Delhi, India.

The conference began with a ‘JOURNAL LAUNCH’ by the Guest of Honour Mr. Rajiv P Saxena (Deputy Director General, National Informatics Centre, Govt. of India) and Dr. V.K. Panchal (Scientist G, DRDO, Ministry of Defence, Government of India). During the Launch,  Dr. Anup Girdhar (Editor-in-Chief - Cyber Times and CEO-Founder, Sedulity Solutions & Technologies), Mr. J. R. Ahuja (Former Consultant, AICTE), Mr. Mukul Girdhar (Vice-President, Sedulity Solutions & Technologies), and Mr. Yashpal Manchanda (Advisory Board Member, Sedulity Groups, New Delhi) were also present on the Dias during the Launch.

After the journal launch, Mr. Rajiv P Saxena (Deputy Director General, National Informatics Centre, Govt. of India) gave an outstanding presentation on the concept of ‘BLACK SWAN’ from the rising Cyber Warfare view point and their countermeasures.

Dr. V.K. Panchal (Scientist G, DRDO, Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India) shared his views on Nascent Technologies for Terrain Inferences where he discussed about the Strategic Planning and Tactical Analysis of Operations Management.

After that, the Plenary session was hosted by Mr. Akash Agarwal from EC-Council on Cyber Security demand in India.

The Conference then followed by the Paper Presentations chaired by Dr. Sushila Madan (Associate Professor, Delhi University), Dr. Anil. K. Saini (Professor, GGS IP University), and Prof. M. N. Hoda (Director BVICAM and Chairman, CSI, Division-1).

Dr. Anup Girdhar gave Vote of Thanks to Mr. R.K Vyas (Regional Vice President, CSI-Region-I, for providing the Technical Co-Sponsorship with CSI.

The second day of the conference began with the Panel Discussion moderated by Mr. Pavan Duggal (Advocate, Supreme Court if India) and Dr. Anup Girdhar (CEO-Founder, Sedulity Solutions &Technologies, India) on the topic ‘Cyber Security: Need of Hour’ where they discussed about the Indian Cyber Crime from the jurisdiction point of view related to day-to-day life and solved lot of Audience queries.

After that, the conference followed by the Plenary session hosted by Dr. S.K. Gupta (Prof. IIT Delhi) on the topic ‘Cyber Security: An Important aspect in Industry’

The main attraction of the conference was the Hands-on-Practical Workshop on Ethical Hacking conducted by Dr. Anup Girdhar (CEO-Founder, Sedulity Solutions & Technologies) and his team members which was appreciated the most by all the participants. The Audience was from different Corporate, Govt. Departments, and Universities across the globe and they really enjoyed the sessions delivered by all the Eminent Speakers during the CTICon-2013.
