John Kovalsky Joins Leading Merchant Services Provider National Debit Card Network

Kovalsky has a long history as a certified call center auditor with over 20 years of domestic and international call center managerial and consultative experience for such companies.  John led similar efforts for a host of leading companies including EDS, Owens Corning, General Motors, Arbitron Radio Ratings, Alure, Atkins Nutritionals, First Fidelity and Metropolitan Life Insurance.

John holds a BA in history and a Masters of Business Administration.  He will be receiving his Masters in History in 2015.
