By: Fletcher/CSI Mr. Chodnowsky will be managing the Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Services Practice at Fletcher/CSI. He brings broad experience in a wide range of methodologies in market strategy and competitive intelligence, with particular areas of expertise in competitive benchmarking, market sizing and segmentation, competitor technology assessments, and market strategy development. He has lead or supervised nearly 500 assignments, mainly for large multinational corporations across various industries. Most recently Mr. Chodnowsky was Senior Vice President at Fuld & Company, where he was responsible for the three practice areas of Technology, Manufacturing, and Consumer Products. In addition to leading and overseeing research assignments, Mr. Chodnowsky facilitated teams and managed research documents for approximately 50 war games and strategy workshops. Over his career in competitive intelligence, Mr. Chodnowsky has helped pioneer several approaches within the field, including competitor strategy mapping, the annual business school war games, the use of SharePoint, and Balanced Scorecard methods for competitor benchmarking. He has presented at SCIP and other strategy conferences. Earlier in his career, Mr. Chodnowsky held technical and strategic marketing positions at Becton Dickinson and Analog Devices.
