By: Toastmasters, District 83 Join Heath for a look at what makes leadership styles effective and how simple changes in attitude can have tremendous impacts on results. These lessons can be applied to volunteers and paid staff alike, because these lessons were learned by examining the similarities and differences between volunteers and paid staff. Several leadership styles will be examined as well as the attitudes that affect the outcomes.
