Happy House Buyers Holds Naming Contest for New Mascot

DALLAS - May 28, 2013 - PRLog -- Happy House Buyers of Dallas, TX known predominantly for seller finance property solutions, announced a naming contest for their new mascot. “This is an exciting time for us as we expand and we wanted to share it with the community that helped us get here. What we do makes big differences for neighborhoods. Our services add value to neighborhoods and keeps properties occupied. These factors contribute in lowering crime, increasing neighborhood safety, cleaning up neighborhoods, raising property values, lowering foreclosure numbers and even increasing tax revenue. Everything is done hand in hand with the community and we wanted this to be no different.” says Daniel Kline, Vice-President of Happy House Buyers.

The opportunity to join the contest in naming the new mascot will be given not only to those that typically do business with Happy House Buyers, but will be offered to the entire community. The lucky winner who submits the name that is chosen will receive an ipod and a video interview with Happy House Buyers to be shown on their website and to be released to the press.  When asked about the contest Shaun McQuistion, President of Happy House Buyers said, “I want to impact the people in my area in a profound way, by helping sellers sell their properties, and helping families who the banks will not approve to get loans. This is just one more way we can include everyone in the community for a great cause.”

Kline also commented “We have used the same logo for the last ten years and it is time for us to update our look to keep up with our business growth. We are growing by leaps and bounds and are happy to be updating our look to better communicate our corporate identity to the public.”

The “new look” is coming at the same time as a website overhaul along with technological advances in software and support for their clientele. Kline says, “With our new innovations there is no doubt we will be able to help a lot more families in a lot more areas. We are building a system that can be used across the country in any market and in any market conditions.”
