Jennings Announces New Assistant Account Executive

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - May 29, 2013 - PRLog -- Jennings, the North Carolina-based healthcare marketing agency, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kate Rudy to the position of assistant account executive.  In this position, Rudy will be working with the account service team on public relations, social media and account management initiatives for a number of the agency’s clients.

“Kate is truly a wonderful addition to the team,” said Jennings Principal Dan Dunlop. “Her communications experience, specifically with social media, is really going to be a tremendous resource for us, and I’m looking forward to where she’ll help take the agency in the future.”

Prior to joining Jennings, Rudy worked as a marketing coordinator for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Campus Recreation.  In this position, she played a vital role in the design, development and marketing of the campus recreation blog and magazine, Tar Heel Tone Up.   Rudy also planned successful large-scale events for the department, including the North Carolina Recreational Sports Association State Conference.

Rudy graduated from Wake Forest University in 2011 with a B.A. in Communication and minor in psychology.  During her time at Wake Forest, Rudy was an active member of Lambda Phi Eta, the National Communications Honors Society.
