What is the value of a process or system that no one adopts?

In reality, project success can only be fully realized if each person impacted makes the transition. The single most influential factor in implementation failures is not poor configuration or development. The primary problem stems from the lack of user adoption due to insufficient focus on change management and people activities.

Jill Bullard Almaguer is the Operations Manager – Project Management within the Ancillary and Support Services Division of Harris Health System - LBJ General Hospital.

Sarah Haider serves as the Project Services Manager for Siemens Oil & Gas.
