PHILADELPHIA - June 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Philadelphia has a new home to experience fashion-modeling and hip-hop dance in its purest form. On June 1, 2013, a stunningly newly renovated studio opened its doors and celebrated a Grand Opening, introducing T33NPHILLY School in the West Mount Airy section of Philadelphia!

Coming fall 2013, comprehensive instruction in runway, choreography, fashion photography, and hip-hop dance begins. Qualified coaches will teach etiquette/manners, make-up, public speaking, image development, character building, and life skills. Customers adore T33NPHILLY School’s unique ‘Paris Au Restaurant’ inspired ‘Fashion Menu’ with its tagline “Shop Until You’re Confident”. “Fashion Menu” is designed to feed consumer's fashion palettes just as if they were viewing a menu in a restaurant.

T33NPHILLY School is kicking off their summer with a dance, modeling, and enrichment summer day camp for girls’ ages 7 – 13. Campers will enjoy special weekly themes, socializing, confidence and leadership coaching, field trips, arts & crafts, and modeling and dance training from expert instructors. Jovonna Townsend, Owner and CEO, built this empire from the ground up starting at the age of 21. In 2005, her eldest brother was murdered due to gun violence, and soon after her aching heart yearned to create change and a social impact in her community. Jovonna’s God given talents in fashion, modeling, and mentoring helped her reach youth. In 2006, she began JO’NI Mentoring and Modeling program for inner-city youth, with one mission in mind, to “Stop The Violence and Increase the Peace in Philadelphia”. In 2008, JO’NI Kids Modeling Program was created for the younger generation. With much success in both areas, Jovonna combined the two markets and coined “T33NPHILLY School”. These foundations lead her to the Grand Opening of her own facility.

Jovonna is a self-taught expert model coach, choreographer, and entrepreneur. Her skills and passion has achieved much success. Triumphs include winning first place in ‘Hype Hair and Black Men’s Magazine’s 2007 Natural Beauty Contest’; placing nationally as a top ten finalist in ‘Ford Motors and Steve Harvey’s nationwide Taurus Top Ten Competition’ for serving her community; inventing ‘T33NPHILLY Magazine – with its tagline “It’s My Time To Shine”’ - a online magazine that celebrates ordinary youth's talents; and gracing countless runways in the Philadelphia and Tri-State areas.

“I want to create a better outcomes for youth. Their hearts are hurting; and yearn for better results in their lives, but they don’t know what steps to take. T33NPHILLY School is not only a place to craft talents, but it’s a new way for us to use fashion-modeling, hip-hop dance, and professional development instruction to further build the community,” exclaimed Jovonna.
