Estate Moving Sales – we hold a liquidation sale on your premise, any designated items left over are taken to our storage facility near Goodlettsville Tennessee (just 22 mins from downtown Nashville). We earn a 20% commission on total sales which pays for advertising, labor, signage, appraisal and sales of designated items. For downsizing / garage sales, we use the same process. FREE Storage Moving units, easy no hassles. Working with you to sell designated items allows you to move quickly and cost effectively. Close on your home faster, leave broom clean.  

Pick-up / Consignment – we come get or you can drop-off your designated items and move them to our storage facility. Our staff leaves the premises “broom clean” for closing. For houses over 1650sq ft, we charge a $365 pick-up / moving labor fee for locations in middle Tennessee. Any items that are sold on consignment from our local storage facility, we earn 20% for marketing services.

Business Liquidation – we sell your overstock inventory and/or liquidation assets for closing. We hold the liquidation sale at the business location. Some designated items are brought to our storage facility for resale. We earn a 20% fee for marketing / selling items from storage. Each business liquidation is custom fit to your needs.

Online Auction – we handle the entire auction process, Internet marketing and sales of your overstock inventory through online auction sites like eBay, Liquidation and Auction private channels. We earn 20% for any items sold through online auctions. No set-up fee, provide us with photos and item descriptions.
