The change was a process five years in the making.  The conventional way of booking via the phone or even online is still very much in existence today, but it took years for the smartphones to take off and allow the customer base to get used to utilizing the functionality of geo-targeted mobile applications.  As more and more folks are adapting to the new way of “smartphone enabled” life, it makes more sense to offer car services that are tailored to the client’s location as well as time on demand.
