Concero Search Partners Relocates to Historic Machinery Row Building In Downtown Madison

MADISON, Wis. - June 19, 2013 - PRLog -- Cresa Madison represented Concero Search Partners on their recent transaction to lease new office space at the historic Machinery Row Building located at 613 Williamson Street in downtown Madison. Concero will occupy their new space in September, 2013.  

Concero Search Partners is a national, independently-owned, retained search consulting firm. Concero engaged Cresa to assist them in identifying and securing an office location that would be flexible enough to support their continued growth and would also support Concero’s collaborative corporate culture. Concero’s new office space in the Machinery Row Building is unique in Madison; the converted Machine shop includes exposed bricks, large wooden beams, high ceilings and an open floor plan.
