Working Process :

The main equipments of the Cuttings Drying System is the GN new developed Vertical Cuttings Dryer which has the ability to drying drill cuttings into 3%-5% oil on cuttings.Drill cuttings which from shale shaker and mud cleaner are conveyed into the Vertical Cuttings Dryer by screw conveyor and then drill cuttings are distributed along the inner wall of the screen with the aid of the rotor. The liquid phase passes through the screen openings while the vertical scraper scrape the accumlating solids towards the bottom of the Vertical Cuttings Dryer for further disposal. the recovered fluids are pumped to a high speed Decanter centrifuge to separate out fine solids, after that, the clean fluids can back to active mud system.

(2) equiped with Individual oil lubrication system with automatic alarm for pressure limit.
(3) The main motor and oil pump motor is interlocked with each other for avoding the start of the main mootor prior to the start of the oil pump motor.
