PRLog -- Lynn Nichols which had earned her CRS designation earlier this winter, received her award at the luncheon earlier in May. When ask how Lynn felt her reply went as such "It does take a lot of extra education to get it, along with a certain amount of houses you have to sell, but was well worth it. Some Realtors describe it as having a PhD in Real Estate. Talking with Lynn "she said taking the classes she has already makes a world of difference in my knowledge of the Real Estate world." Lynn talked and really is looking forward to an event that her CRS chapter is hosting called Bras for a Cause. We ask her to explain more and she let us know a lot about the event.
