Lynn Nichols Real Estate Has Record Year in 2013

Jan. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- It has been a very exciting year at Lynn Nichols Real Estate. Lynn increased her gross house sales by 58.8%. When ask Lynn she said that the market has been getting stronger, that there are mulitply offers on contracts again, inventory has been low and buyers are trying to take advantage of the low interest rate. Those things really helped out in the sales increase.

Besides the record sales year Lynn has had a lot of other exciting accomplishments. She earned her CRS designation (certified residential specilaist), along with  a MRP certification (military relocation professional). Lynn went back as the chairperson of the Military Affairs Committee for West Anne Arundel County. She earned a great honor as being a finalist in the Capitol Gazette for the Realtor section.

Her biggest accomplishment though was battling breast cancer and beating it. When ask Lynn she said she was thankful for the year and all the really great things that had happened to her in 2013.
