EARNS 2013 TRIPADVISOR “CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE” AND NAPLES DAILY NEWS “CHOICE CHAMPION” AWARD Naples, Fla. Conservancy of Southwest Florida Nature Center today announced that it has received a TripAdvisor (http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/) The Trip Advisor accolade, honors hospitality excellence and is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor. Only the top-performing 10 percent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award. Businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor, and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months. “TripAdvisor is delighted to celebrate the success of businesses around the globe which are consistently offering TripAdvisor travelers a great customer experience,” In April and May thousands of Naples Daily News readers and community members cast their ballots for their local business favorites. Conservancy of Southwest Florida received the top “Champion” “Conservancy of Southwest Florida Nature Center is pleased to receive both top honors,” said Andrew McElwaine, president at Conservancy of Southwest Florida. “These awards are tributes to the many generous donors who helped support the recently complete $20 million in sustainable renovations.” McElwaine continued, “We rely on the assistance of volunteers who share their talents on many levels to deliver a memorable experience to our guests and members so they can appreciate all the natural treasures of southwest Florida.
