San Diego Singer Steven Ybarra Performing Anthem At Padres Game

SAN DIEGO - June 25, 2013 - PRLog -- SAN DIEGO, CA  

Steven Ybarra, one San Diego’s biggest rising stars of pop/modern country music, is slated to sing The National Anthem at a Padres game on July 9, 7:00 pm at Petco Park.

A 4-time winner of the San Diego Music Awards, Steven’s career is non-stop, with his 3^rd CD as a solo artist now in the works, preceded by Love Love Love, and Best Days. Steven was recently named a finalist in this year’s San Diego County Fair Singer Songwriter Contest.  

This will be his second time singing the anthem at a sports event, as he has previously performed the anthem at a game for the Charlotte Bobcats.
"It’s such an honor to get to perform our National Anthem for the Padres, in the town where my music career started” states Ybarra. "I am excited for this event and hope our home team wins,” he said.
