Repeat 10 times. -Punch a bag or workout with a partner and punch pads. Punch continuously for 20 seconds / rest for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times. -Press ups -- 20 seconds / rest 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times. -Skipping -- 30 seconds / speed skipping / 10 seconds rest. Repeat 5 times. - Squat thrusts -- 20 seconds / rest 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times. -Back to punching. Continuous jabs for 20 seconds / 10 second rest. Again, repeat 10 times. -Opposite elbow to opposite knee, bicycle sit ups. 20 seconds / rest 10. Repeat 5-10 times. -Plank -- Hold for 20 seconds / rest 10 seconds. Repeat up to 10 times. End
