Niall Healy to join Hudson Strategic Partners’ Board of Directors

CENTRAL DISTRICT, Hong Kong - June 27, 2013 - PRLog -- Mr. Healy’s appointment will be effective from September 2nd, 2013 and expands the Board to 8 directors, 6 of whom are independent directors.  Mr. Healy will be a member of each of the firm’s Audit, Risk, Corporate and Nominating committees.

Mr. Niall Healy is a graduate of Manchester University and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant.  From 1994 to 2001, Mr. Healy was Group Chief Executive of a major insurance firm in London. He held various positions.  He then joined Hudson Strategic Partners 1999 as a member of the Audit and Risk Division and he subsequently became Director of Risk Assessment at Hudson Strategic Partners’.
