Beverly Capon to retire from Hudson Strategic Partners

CENTRAL DISTRICT, Hong Kong - July 10, 2013 - PRLog -- After nearly 17 years of outstanding service, Ms. Beverly Capon, Chief Financial Officer of Hudson Strategic Partners’ has decided to retire from the firm later this year.

Hudson Strategic Partners’ Operations Director, Mr. Nathan McCann had a few words to say.  “Beverly is an influential economist and thought leader, and is regarded as an expert in the world’s foreign exchange and bond markets. More importantly, she has identified revolutionary economic trends, defining the concept of the BRICs which has become synonymous with the emergence of Brazil, Russia, India and China as growth opportunities of the future”.

Hudson Strategic Partners’ Director of Communications, Mr. Glenn Phillips said: “Beverly’s BRIC thesis has challenged conventional thinking about emerging markets and, as a result, has had a significant economic and social impact “.

Hudson Strategic Partners’ welcomed Beverly with open arms in 1996, assuming the roles of co-Head of Global Economics Research and Chief Currency Economist. She was named Head of Global Economics, Commodities and Strategy Research in 1998.  In 2001, she took up her current role as Chief Financial Officer, and since then she has strengthened our research discipline and enhanced communication among investment professionals across asset classes.
