1) Treating Capacity: Up to 500 Usgpm for total system
2) Two Phase Cleaning:
·2.6 sqm linear motion shakers for first cut screenings from returns pit
·8×4inch desilter cones with manifold and individual valving with 2.6 sqm linear motion shaker to dry desilter cone underflow
3)Cut Point: Designed to achieve a cut point of 16 microns
4) Centrifugal pump with Mechanical seals
·6×5 centrifugal pump (50HP) to desilter cones
·6×5 centrifugal pump (50HP) for mixing and agitation
5)Transport Dimensions:
Mud Tank With Attachment: 12000×2438×3424mm
Shakers will stay on tank , only cone frame need to disassemble .
6)Capacity: Total storage capacity 8000 US Gallons，Dirty Mud:3000 Gallons, Clean Mud:5000 Gallons.
